Meet the crew: the people behind Flammy & Co.

Every finished film is a shared effort. Meet five core members whose creative and production skills help bring the work into focus.

Femi Oloyede, Founder and Creative Director of Flammy & Co.

Femi Oloyede — Founder & Creative Director

Femi brings a keen eye for design and innovation to Flammy & Co. He leads the team in crafting compelling visuals that elevate brands and leave a lasting impression. His creative direction connects the initial idea to the decisions that shape a production, helping the team keep the story at the centre of the work.

Ganiyu Olatoye — Director of Photography

Ganiyu captures stories through his lens with precision and creativity. His photography work helps each shot communicate something purposeful. Framing, light and movement are more than technical decisions: together, they influence how a viewer understands a scene and where their attention goes.

Esther Kokori — Creative Director

Esther crafts compelling narratives and oversees production with care. Her focus on engaging, impactful storytelling helps connect what a project wants to say with how it is made. Clear creative direction matters throughout production, from discussing a brief to shaping the details of a scene.

Abraham Ogundeyi — Creative Director

Abraham brings creativity and technical expertise to visual work and production support. Capturing a strong image also depends on preparation and collaboration. His contribution helps connect those practical needs with the creative ambition of each project.

Femi Adesada — Creative Director

Femi crafts visually striking stories with precision and artistry, helping each frame support the narrative. He also describes PAC as a meaningful part of his professional growth, giving him greater confidence in his work and in presenting his skills as a freelancer.
